Ues the game is dead

a few months into the season the population drops noticeably

right now the game has a very large population in all timezones, at least on America server. sometimes in the afternoon i'll get the "position in queue" msg even.

if you want a truly dead several years post-mortem game, check out d2.

D2 is not dead bro
It is undead

people think d3 is more dead then it actually is. It feels dead thats for sure, the game has turned more into a single player game so no one really talks in chat anymore. Also when you look for a game to join you don't see people who are in full games or in private games
people think they are seeing the population of people in the games but they are only seeing a tiny handful that are part of open games.

blizzard is a huge company and I doubt they would be adding the necromancer paid patch for a game that was actually dead

d3 has garbage trade system, this defeat the purpose of playing and trading my good gears with other players for upgrades I can use.

You can't even call it a trade system

They will. The game will be resurrected for max 7 day and die again.
