i found a solution to this: download WTFast program and use 14 days free trial, very quick and fast.

takes off lags while playin, but i think lag in chat remain.

went from 600-700 lat to 110 which is rlly playble

don't use that program it sounds terrible.

I would guess then that it's just changing your dns servers, change yours from the isp ones to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (googles) and see if that helps you at all

i found that solution while reading bnet forums.. im not rlly into all those pathping or whatever else, so i found that solution to be able to play a little bit XD

Edit: also that problem is hapeneing to so many people, theres a big thread on bnet forums

can confirm, this brought my constant latency of 500 down to 120
