Best builds for farming keys are going to be the same:
Wiz: Woh Rasha or tals + vyrs archon
DH: UE multishot for t12+, LON strafe + FOK
Crusader: LON Bomb or LON Pet
Barb: Raekor
WD: Chicken helltooth garg
Monk: Wave of Light (and do not do t13 with this)

Monk is only fastest with perfect gear + augments for cache farming and needs obscene CDR/RCR. WD (chicken or LON dot/garg), DH (Ingeom) and LoN Pet saders are faster before that. Tals wiz with spectral blades isn't bad either honestly.
