they need to hire someone who played diablo 1 and 2 for thousands of hours and know the flaws about them and how to improve upon d1 and d2. d3 is just a bad version of d2 more cheap some knock off. yes if they think d3 is good they should not be hired

As long as it is not someone that uses jsp then yes it is a good idea.
