If we do it we won't be doing rifts until 70. After two resets of doing rifts early game I learned that it's not worth.

how do you plan on lvling ?

cuz ive done high density maps and bounty methods and their just as fast or some times slower then rifts and you also get like 1/3ed of the materials you get from just rifting.
