-try to get single res on as many gear as possible
-get unity on both you and merc
-also u can swap for sorceress merc for crowd control or templar for heal
-get spirit guard bracer for that perma 40% dmg reduction
-and until u get those gear with high single res u can switch seize the initiative for sith sense
-gettting ancient shenlong with 23k life per hit each+rad gift(socket) would really help you a lot

yeah i made some bad decisions one day .. when i rolled ancients i didnt pay attention to the secondarys .. rest will come with time i guess

immortal templar with unity helped i made a 63 with it so far

All about the life on hit. I got 71 with 44 mill sheet toughness

Did you give your merc a unity to wear as well? If only you wear it, it doesn't have anyone to share the dmg with.
Also make sure to give your merc a trinket to make him/her immortal.
Reroll All Res -> Crit Dmg on your compass rose.
Reroll Dex -> Fire Dmg % on your amulett.
Reroll Attack Speed -> Crit Dmg on your unity.

Reroll 11% Reduced Elite Dmg -> 15% life on your chest.

Get bracers with vita.
Get better Inna's chest.

Your sustain works around your max life, 2% of your life healed on each hit (legendary gem) + what you have of LoH.
More life = more heal.

To me it seems you lack vitality. Try to get some more by changing emeralds for amethysts in your gear or switching some paragon points from dex to vit.
Maybe vita instead of LoH makes more sense on your mainhand weapon for now.
