I did but I don't really get enough block opportunity at 75+ grs now to be worth the shields utility. I upgraded to an ancient lidless but it didnt have CDR or physical so i decided to roll the physical. On top of finding an ancient litany, i had the choice to pick between CDR and area damage.
I chose area damage because i was timing the CoE with ironskin/consecration. Tested again and CoE timing is still perfect.

try standing in town, confirm your cdr is 52%.
Then watch coe, cast bombardment as it switches from lightning to physical, wait for bombardment coming back up again.
Ideally you want it up again before coe switches from lightning to physical again, but with 52% cdr it won't be up until almost the physical coe buff runs out.
With 59% cdr, bombardment is up excatly at the same place in the cycle as last bombardment cast.

But if you're timing CoE with ironskin/consecration you are right, you won't need so much cdr.
I don't see why you don't time CoE with ironskin/bombardment though. I'd recommend testing it out (I haven't tested it out enough yet, but from what I read of the skill descriptions bombardment is much higher dmg that consecrate during the 4 second dmg spike)

I assumed you couldnt have enough cdr for every cycle to throw out bombardment. I had like ...58ish? And it seemed short a few seconds... but I guess I'll have to tweak some shit around then.
This was a misunderstanding on my part. Guess I could have made a lot more grifts a loooot easier. ><

I just did some more calculations.
atm I'm using an ancient andariels with physical dmg, liking it ok so far (but real reason is i don't have an ancient leoric's crown).
That means I have to use finery as passive, with max cooldown on all my gear except one (amulet) = 60.25% CDR

Or I can cube leoric's, lose alot of thorns dmg but gain a passive for indestructible or holy cause or something else - instead of finery (don't have a hellfire amu, but a decent ancient maras), still being at over 59% CDR but cutting it close.

So basically I can run andariel's instead of leoric's crown and have enough CDR, but then I HAVE to use finery as passive.
I guess losing 20% physical dmg for another stat on leoric's crown instead is worth it, since then I can run without finery as passive.
Cubing leoric's crown is too much of a dps loss.

What are your thoughts on this Fooba?
