BiS, u have to go for that if u want the reduction, you still also need the passive that reduces 60% cdr of ssd, and you still ahve to go for certain items, I understand that for some of them you could just get the passive, and now ur forced to get them, but still is not that different than releasing specific legendaries for specific builds rofl
