Leaderboards can only be true displays of "who is best" if they were all similar rifts.
ie: All rifts have these 4 monster types, on this map, with similar density. Spawn locations, affixes and shrines could be random to avoid people memorizing routes.
That would leave just a slight bit of rng on the table vs fishing for the lottery of map, density, monster type, shrines and RG
