If you're going Uliana, just do like Quin and follow his guide, which will leaves you at No Crit Chance, but Broken Promises in cube.

If you're going heal, it's pretty obvious.

I run bp in cube atm, 587 chd, have pushed gr 60 solo...and i would agree with whats been said; it is very inconsistent...when you dont have the proc, you literally do no damage.
