It is still perfectly fine. It was already OP to begin with to be totally honest.

about 3 days into PTR my friends Monk was already doing 60's

Monk has the best synergy in the game.
Very stronk end game.

For low-mid tier, I personally prefer barb. Very fast and super ez to play.

High end tier is probably monk although barb has its place up there as well.

Completely agree with this.
Barb and Monk are definitely the top two.
Barbarian more so for the standard gamer who just strives to find new gear and constantly grind gear, monk for ghe elite players who are constantly pushing high griftz (even though highest grift is by barb)
