Think about trying striding giant wotb. Ignore pain, call of the ancients, etc.

You obviously need gear upgrades but the skill changes can be a temporary instant fix

Another thing is aim to get high critical chance with future gear to about 50% then use the wirlwind rune which steals life when causing a critical hit. That will make you very very strong.

you need a good form of healing for 40+grift

easiest way is to use a physical build and use blood funnel for healing

if lightning u need either high mitigation and life per fury spent or use ignore pain ignorance is bliss for healing

im thinking of using blood funnel actually,
that way i can use CotA as fury generator
I REALLY need those BK swords coz i can't WW forever - what allows barbs to WW non stop?

If youre using cota use the rune which generates fury when they attack. That should get your fury up a bit. Also a nice soj with fury regeneration will help.

Would not recommend soj. CoE is way better.
