Hm? IK set doesnt even come close to the speed of Wastes..

IK does better for normal Rifts because of 20% movespeed from Wrath of Berserker and Call of the Ancient will kill anything on the edge of the map that you will miss since most of the time, you will be running a straight path. You can one shot everything already with whichever set you use but IK will provide better efficiency for fastest clearing on normal rifts. Also the 25% attack speed from Wrath will spawn more tornados = more trash mobs being killed that you miss.

I have perma wrath without using IK set. Wastes will provide much more damage on the rift guardian

You can't have perma Wrath without IK set unless your stacking cooldown reduction which is a waste over other important stats. Like I said before, if both set can one shot everything in normal Rift, Wastes set has nothing to offer compared to IK. IK will give you bonus speed = faster clearing.

If you want to keep arguing thats fine, but Wastes is much better + faster

and yes you need to stack CDR (And you need the season 3 ring Obsidian ring), but you end up with permanent 50% damage boost (makes up for the CDR stacking) and the same movespeed as an IK build, except much more damage

I have tested both, its not even close really.. ESPECIALLY not if you are carrying a full group in t6

the 2 whirlwind builds rely on either bk swords or ik weapon so without them a raekor build would be the way to go, but a full wastes build with 2 decent 1 handers or even a 2 hander could work decent i guess..

I feel like you would need a ridiculous amount of cdr for obsidian to be worth using. I have tried obsid before and I pretty much didn't notice it at all. How much cdr are you stacking? are you using gogok + leo or something?
