Low-level dueling is *WITHOUT A DOUBT* one of the stupidest things I've ever heard of in my life. Not just in Diablo, not in video games, in the entire world. I don't understand it. I don't get why people like it. I don't even know where it came from, or who came up with it. In my PERSONAL opinion, it's just beyond fucking retarded.

it came from dicks. people made chars to kill kids in lvling games in d2. then people made chars to kill those chars.

and years later it was popular.

ive never understood how people can think that lld is any more or less legit than melee only duels

either way its just a set of objective rules to make play more fun.

and in d2 it became most popular because enigma made the game boring to some people



the fact that these items sell for cheap on occasion is the same as idiots posting up expensive high lvl items for too cheap. but these are not cheap items.

go on AH and look for yourself what lvl 30 items are already going for

funn how high lvl kids feel the need to flame lld kids for no reason. not like we go in every single other thread and call hld stupid.

but i guess if thats how you need to get attention go ahead

On topic - what a load of trash sorry bro. In 4 months earliest (given that there will be at least some sort of league established) some items _might_ be considered but right now its just trash.

This was pretty funny in d2 HARDCORE tho.
I used to duel some lvl 50-60 random people from nightmare baals with my lvl 34 ww barb... and was awesome lol ^^
Also Was a way to leave the routine of enigma chars imo ^^

The comments of those who are a wee bit ignorant on the current balance of lld and how our community seems to be a lot more mature of a crowd overall enlightens me with pride

what does the ability to duel have to do with the available stats that can spawn on an item

the items here have high stats for their lvl. like high for what is possible.

time may change those stats which can spawn but for this patch even without dueling they are trophys, and dueling on the PTR happens so dont say they are useless
