Okay, I think you would greatly benefit from some upgrades in Pants + Shoulders + Ring area.

Get some VITALITY on those Vile Ward, should not be too expensive for some 240+ Dex 70+ vit 70+ Ar Viles.

Vita or All Res (if your unbuffed all res is below 350-400) on the Inna's Temperance.

Most effective upgrade I'd say would be to get a CC Natalya's Reflection. Should spend most if not all of your budget on this piece if your EHP is fine based on your play style.

Has anyone rocked both the new nats and legacy set pieces for +14 cc together? If so, what has been your experience been with it?

This is how ppl were able to get into the top DPS before but not anymore, however, its a cool idea to attempt if you are rich enough. Get as close to 100% crit as possible (should be somewhere in the high 70s i believe -- not sure tho).
As far as being viable, not really -- like all builds tho, depends on how much money you got to dish out

I think you should save up to between 100-150m to make an upgrade it would not be worth it (if at all possible) to make an upgrade under 30m.

What are desirable mods for DMLs?
