Haven't really read patch notes in depth, is this just dumb luck or have they increased the chances of rolls like this?

thouse can have 100more prime stats then other amulets
his one rolled 26more dex then any amu, ofc nice pvm roll
but 1.07 is about duels, its missing 550-599 replenish life, loh, etc

A new Rare recipe has been added to the Jeweler for an Amulet
This amulet will have the following characteristics:
iLevel 63
6 Affixes
Account-bound
Similar to the Hellfire Ring, it will have four variants, each guaranteeing a fixed core stat which will have the highest range available in the game

too bad its on PTR and also account bound so you cant sell it or xfer it to a new account if you ever thought of making a new account...

account bound / 10




prolly 400 max, its 376 and normal rares cant get more than 350 of any stat

very lucky craft, worth it for 50 main stat to spend mlns on a chance to get that?

(dont get me wrong, thats sick, but since not tradeable sucks in a way)

That is amazing. Can't wait to use up my brims and see if I get even close to as lucky.

Also, God, I can't wait for MP10 to be 510% experience, anything less is so boring to play.
