Update: 11/14/2012

Witch Doctor, Added information regarding proc coefficient range on Acid Cloud
Changed all decimal values to fraction formulas for increased accuracy (click the box to see the fraction)

Would you please provide the range of proc efficient of acid cloud? Furthermore, what is the tick numbers of each attack of acid cloud? And what is the proc coefficient of its DoT effect?

Range added: Most range from .16666667 to 1.1666666667
Acid Cloud has 7 layers of damage. All 7 hit initially (0.1667x7=1.1667) and are removed from the outside in over time.
Oh and Acid Cloud hits once per second.

Energy Twister is most useful because it has a high amount of ticks/sec and can stack. For example, Blizzard would be ok, but it doesn't stack so it won't trigger CM as much as energy twister would with large packs or with single target. So E Twister has the highest proc coeff. with the most ticks, that stacks and scales with atk speed. (I'm not a Wizard expert, but this is what I gathered from testing different skills).

& ofc, thanks for all the support :D

On your spreadsheet it says Storm armor has 0 proc coefficieants

Are you positive this is correct? Im fairly certain it procs critical mass skill cooldowns

and Shock Pulse with living Lightening rune is definatly the best skill in terms of proccing critical mass

I just retested all the Storm Armor runes and they resulted in no LoH gained. Unless Blizzard coded Storm Armor differently from other skills in the game to have a proc coefficient that only affects skill procs and not LoH, then Storm Armor definitely has no proc coefficients.

Also, I agree Shock Pulse -> Living Lightning is great for proc'ing crit mass. It ticks many times per second. Like I said, I'm not a Wizard expert, I've just played with all the class skills.

Updated 11/20/12

-- Demon Hunter, Impale -> Chemical Burn. Updated proc coefficient to reflect the bi-proc mechanic of the skill. (bleed)
-- Wizard, Spectral Blades -> Deep Cuts. Fixed proc coefficient due to unexpected 4th proc of the skill's bleed (changed to 0.140 from 0.187)

Note: All skills with bleed effects may have an extra trigger of their proc coefficient that isn't listed on the spreadsheet. I will recheck all bleed inducing skills after Thanksgiving. Happy vacation everyone, eat lots :)
