mebe you could mix in some information obout ticks per second
for example, nado-barb gets more ticks per twister, when increase aps

and wicked wind wizard, gets more ticks per wicked wind, when increase aps, ontop also allow to spam more wicked winds
life for example, at 3.0001aps a wicked wind do 40ticks per cast
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/6794871641?page=9#168
when the procing was based on 2ticks per second, at 1 aps (6sec*2=12procs per cast)
if you ignore this information about increased ticks per sec, you could say that wizard proc coeffiecients get increase bye aps
1aps = 12ticks*.125proc coeffiecient = 150% of LoH gained over the 6 sec, per 1 cast
3+aps = 40ticks*0.125 = 500% of LoH gained over the 6 sec, per 1 cast = same result as 0.417proc coeffiecient at 1 aps*12ticks
meteor not have a hidden boost like this wicked wind
for barb nado it would be fair to give this hidden aps tick rate boost, since you not spam more nado thx to aps

e/
ontop you have hidden ias!
rain of toads have 50%proc coeffiecient per tick (4ticks in 2 sec, per 1 cast)
but it have 50% hidden ias, 4ticks per cast * 1.5 = 6ticks per aps
if you not know this, and simply try to math you life per sec gained based on aps+proc coeffiecient,
you get same result as a 0.5*1.5=0.75proc coeffiecient !

just some examples on how other game mechanics makes you know howmany proc per second a char can do!

proc coefficient never changes for a given tick, only tick rate itself changes with aps. Same situation with both barb and wizard, except wizard twisters are bugged and after 6 seconds of spamming, they receive +300% tick boost compared to nados.

yeah well you are not doing 0.417 proc coefficient per hit .... you are just increasing the number of ticks whilst keeping the same PC ...

so if a monster repositions or you reposition, only the number of ticks that mob would have been hit by count, and nothing else.

i know, that is what i was telling!

it not apears to be increased proc coeffiecient
if it would
then the intervals of 0.5sec (tick numbers) would cap chain reaction at 1cast per 0.5sec
and it not caps it atm

the proc intervals is the only differance between more ticks per sec, and more proc rate
meteor is capped at 1 chain reaction per 0.5sec, even when do 1million procs per second(when hit 100 targets at ones!), wicked wind is not

@Tommy, you seem to know a lot more about these class differences than I do. If I were to add information like you're suggesting to each class skill that has such hidden bonuses the spreadsheet could get messy. Also, if I were to add all the information to the original post it could get long. So what I will do is link back to this topic when I create the new one. That way people can read what you've said here, or you can elaborate in the new topic. It can bring more people to discuss hidden bonuses they've discovered as well without the need to play with each skill and find the secret mechanics. Though, what you said was very interesting & if you know more please share :)

barb hota devil's anvil is listed as 0.080. Is this right? Should it be 0.800?
