Using no sprint is not the same as not using run like the wind.

Pretty simple formula here... high average damage dps with slow attack speed on main hand. any dps with fast attack speed and high crit damage + ll and whatever stats is best
since your off hands aps will be mainly used(its faster it hits more often) and the dps on main hand is high(only thing that matters for rltw is average damage and crit damage)
that's the reason why http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Heyyous-1656/hero/26571078 my nados hit for 25k-44k damage at 26 hits per tornado per second.
WW doesn't do much, I use bash for the 4 seconds my nados are up ww some more nados down and keep going.
9m main hand 5m off hand and that combo tears it up.

I'll go make another test tonight, Ill use sprint while WW but without rltw. I'll see how much WW dmg does, only problem might be fury sustain, we shall see >__>

On trash mob it might be around 15% but on rare pack tordano is proly around 90-95% of the damage done .

lol....I was REALLY surprised at how much WW did do. Killed mobs in 1-2s in mp4 with WW alone. IMO, it does a lot more dmg than ppl believe.

Man, those MP4 white mobs sure have a lot of health!

That offhand is a national tragedy.

golgors have close to 1M i think. they died really fast without rltw. I need to make a real timed test, but thats going to wait for another day.

And btw, if I play mp4 because thats where im the most efficient. Even if mobs have lower hp compared to what you are used to, my dps is lower also, making my point still stand. If I had 200k unbuffed DPS, sure it would be pointless, but its not the case because I dont have a crazy high DPS like some of you.

I'm also thinking the WW dmg tests were wrong. You cant pass over bosses like other mobs and I think its possible only 1 weapon is hitting at a time while using WW against a boss, compared to when using it against regular mobs/elites. I will try to test this also.
