Just took a look over your barb and based on your budget, you have a few possibilities but the most urgent thing is probably to upgrade your jewelry. You basically want what you have with your current left right but add crit dmg and increase the crit% on it. The avg dmg is a must so you cannot lose that in your upgrade. Alternatively, to up your dps, given you have a fast OH, you don't need the asi as much in ur ammy. You could lconsider switching to an ammy with about similar avg dmg as your ring so like 30-50 dmg range, 100+ str, 8% crit+ and 60+ crit dmg. These two swaps will give you a huge dps boost based on your current gear and you'll notice the effects immedietely as your nados/ww will be criting for a lot more. However, you should also be on the lookout for an OH upgrade. 70m is about sufficient but if u can save up to about 100-150, you can get a very nice one with str/OS/lifesteal/crit dmg. And you can afford to downgrade the ASI abit to a sword but preferably stick with dagger.

Just took a look at your barb and you ar ecorrect that you definitely need to replace your helm. However, beyond that, I think that offhand is def an issue. Although you can get a stat stick for your offhand, that does not help with your ww dmg so you still dmg dmg on the offhand. Don't just settle for a "stat stick".
You also need an upgrad eon your mainhand. It currently has no stats and just crit dmg. If would even sacrifice a little bit a dmg for a mainhand with some str and bonus vit if possible. This will add to your surviveability and also add to your dps to make it more conssitent. Not to mention the bonus armor u wud get from having str on the mainhand. Using a statless mainhand is not recommended.
FUrthermore, you really need to inrease your crit%. This can be accomplished through the IK helm but also through your jewelry. Your first ring currently has no crit % on it. Ideally, you want to get crit% whereever you can get it. So you should get a ring with crit %, strength, avg dmg, and either ASI or crit dmg. There are plenty of these on the market for cheap so you should have no trouble finding one.
With regards to lacunis, based on your budget, i dont think thats the way to go cause it would cost you way too much. However, what you can do is get a rare bracer with similar stats with some crit on it. Will definietely be within your budget.
