he has owe already

STI / resolve for defenses

transcendece for extra leech

fleet footed if high dps at low-medium mp levels for runspeed, higher mp levels runspeed loses value

It really is nothing special.

You automatically get high dodge chance by having high dex like most of the mid to high tier monks.

It's make much more sense to up your armor with STI.

Overawe is the best no doubt for solo.
