9/10 gear, though imo tyrael's might could be better (250str/100+vit/3os)

I actually agree with you but am waiting to invest in a better chest armor with movement speed until after I hear more about the upcoming legendary changes. I have another nice defensive chest but with Nerves of Steel vitality can arguably be valued equally with Str, and this Tyrael's has 490 primary stats. Keep in mind that for me, vitality is my defense and life regeneration.
