So what do you think about bleed damage? I found a nice weapon with 33.3% chance to bleed for 500-1500 damage.
...it does not work as good as expected, tried those in the Festering Woods.

Considering that 2x 30% for ~1500 bleed dmg would be about the highest amout possible, it probably won't do any great harm on higher acts...
(Does anyone know how bleeding effects add? I think both bleeding chances are rolled separately, am I wrong?)

well, my weapon is 33.4% 1140-15xx, so that's pretty sweet :D

I just won the axe, but since I got to work tomorrow, I have to go to sleep.

I need to start looking for more Res, I only got 384 AR (Fire Ice and posion is 4XX)
and Def

now I got 9XX life regen, so that's ok for now.

I had to swap out gruesome feast for jungle fortitude after I killed ghom (which by the way was IMPOSSIBLE with summons, that poison cloud rapes). I'm in the later parts of act 3 and my summons are now barely surviving. Looking at it, I think I need to get my res up to 800 and life regen up to 2200-2500 to make it to act 4. It's going to get mad expensive now, seeing as I wanna keep the sets I got. But yeah... Heads up to all you zoo doctors out there, ghom is a beast and you need a dps/VQ/bears set up or Dps/poison darts set up kill him, your summons will get stepped on

This is so true. (altho it is my one and only lvl 60)

I'm buying gf gear now and gf till I got a few mill -.-

Still debating if I should lvl a DH to lvl 60 for it or just get 2sets of gear for my wd.

Edit: should I ask for this to be posted on the guides of the WD section,
Or are there any adjustments you'd like to see?

So I just finished Act 2 with this gear. I used Soulharvest + Life Rune instead of Zombie Bears and that Extra-Dog-Passive instead of Vision Quest. I switched to Bears+VQ at Belial and I think it has the higher potential if I get little more Manareg (20 is base). Thanks to some lucky trades, I payed about 5 million gold for my current gear.

My unbuffed main stats are:
16.5 % chance to cast Blind, Fear, Freeze, Knockback or Stun
700 @res
4'700 Armor
2'100 Liferep
28'000 Life
16'800 DP
90 LoH
20 Manareg

How I did in Act 2 with this:
My pets did a great job in Act 2 with this and I could easily sit behind my wall of monsters and throw my firebombs over their heads. Arcane mobs were no problem, only Plagued mobs killed my Dogs pretty fast. Hard hitters can be troublesome - 16.5% Crowd Control were usually enough to stop them in their actions, though. And if a Dog died (the Gargantuan never did), the cooldown to recasting them was long gone. One problem I stepped upon a couple times were two or three different elite mobs at the same time that were attracted by my dogs' running around - these were almost the only situations I was forced to kite a lot.

My damage was down at 11k DPS until the waterlogged passage, before I decided to sacrifice some res for additional damage. Oh and I switched my mojo vs a shield in the very beginning oft Act 2, because my Dogs were constantly getting one-shotted. 60@ and 1000 Armor really made a great difference towards better survivability. It's a shame 5000 DPS go to waste, but I don't think this build works well with a mojo.

My plans for Act 3:
Truth be told, my pets are too weak for act 3 (keep in mind I sacrificed 20% pet-life to get those Zombie Bears). On the bright side, my damage with Zombie Bears is great for the beginning of Act 3. The Firebomb is also okay.

I'm trying to get some more manareg to be able to spam my Bears much longer. Then, I'll also try to get more LoH so my pets heal me through their auras. Because of how LoH works with pets, I think 300 LoH should be plenty already. I think my boots need an upgrade towards more resistances. I think I will lose some life when switching to my new boots. And ofcourse I'm trying to get more Int, Vita, Armor and everything else, blah blah... ;)

I think this gear on a pure Bear build (I don't know what other skills they use...) would be better for clearing Act 3 but I'm here to necro the necromancer :D

Oh and if this build gets to play with a Monk (Mantra of Healing + Res rune) or Barb (Res Shout), these pets are very hard to kill. Playing with a Monk, even my Dogs didn't care about Belials meteor shower of death.

Yeah this build is the best for parties. If you wanna keep your summons for act 3, drop the bears and use rain of toads. The extra 20% can keep them alive. But this is better with at least 20k dmg.

Well even my Gargantuan (~33000 life?) dies, so I guess the extra ~3000 Health for Zombie Dogs don't help at all.

I just put Bears on my left mouse key and Soul Harvest on richtclick - it's one of the best skills for WD and I didn't want to drop it in the first place. First few elite mobs were much easier now. (White trashmobs get steamrolled, it's awesome.)
With Soul Harvest I get
- More DPS hooray
- More @res so my pets already died less often
- One additional skill with cooldown

That last point doesn't really sound like a benefit, but that way I don't have to have the cooldown on Spirit Walk active at all times (which reduces its effectiveness a lot) so I can keep it for rough situations (especially Vortex mobs). Or when I feel there's a big pack up ahead I can save my Fetish Army and still have VQ. I raised the catapults and am halfway through the Keep Depths and it work really well so far. Except for the last elite pack (that made me quit :D ):
Electrified <- Kills Pets
Fire Chains <- Kills everything, especially pets
Vortex <- Nice Synergy to the above

I'm confident that 100 more res will aid a lot.

I did the butcher last night.
Was epicly fast, died twice in the run.
One was my own fault, the mini boss before the butcher exploded on death and I forgot.
Second death I was trapped in a corner and misused my spiritwalk.

But hey, I found Zinnumassa's boots :D

I am currently at the Tower of the Damned and I keep running into rough ass elites, but i'm not running from any of them. I have died a few times because my summons are getting SMASHED by elites down here but I feel like I'm gonna make it to Act 4 tonight with this build! Going to try and get to D!
