I found that I didn't have to kite an awful lot... really only against elites that had 2-3 bad combo stats, like molten+plague.

Still died to some annoying types of mobs like that, and need to up my res.

The bladestorm rune was pretty good, and I was still able to tank pretty effectively with a DH running with me.

Need to add in that crit w/o losing too much defensive stats though... now if only all the stuff I got wasn't total crap... =/

Swapped out / got some new gear... what are your opinions on the two shields and the two pairs of gloves. The picture below is with:
Abjuration + Smash Guide equipped.

Also a new pair of pants + weapon I found / purchased (unbuffed)

lol cuz me posting in some random thread in jsp is gonna make the entire economy change... im just tryna help him out. if u look hard, u can get life regen gear with the same stats for roughly the same price. this frees you up from having to use loh weapons. right now he has 400 loh and 1.4 aspd = 560 lps IF you are constantly attacking. getting 560 extra lps is very easy, u can get this from 2-3 pieces of gear. if you do, all of the sudden u can free up ur weapon slot to get a crit/socket weap or a high dps/socket weap and stick an emerald in and boost ur dps without spending 500m on a loh weapon.

its not rocket science, u really dont need loh to rape inferno. loh scales only with aspd and requires you to constantly attack. life regen relies on nothing for scaling, is cheap and works while ur kiting mobs. life steal is also a better option later on when ur dps gets higher because it scales with ur dps and nothing else, meaning you can use any weapon and it's still effective.

I would add that you should use a combo of life per second and life per spirit or life steal. Despite what everyone thinks, life steal, against huge packs, proves useful. Your AOE procs it. If you have high crit chance with crit damage and use things like backlash + sweeping winds, 5-6% life leech yields huge bonuses. Against single targets... yes something is to be desired. If you're not facerolling single targets though... you have other problems.
