yeah man i suck.. not using MoC+overawe for so long... feel soooo dumb

I really enjoy the shield with the 26 block + hoc. I was going to get a JL but I really don't die too often with the posted set up. When I thinker and raise my dps to like 30k or something, I become too fragile, and at like 20k I feel that the extra deaths aren't worth it. Typically I sit around 15k dps

honestly, i think the challenge for you is to find a way to increase your DPS stats -- either through crit or attack speed (or both) -- without sacrificing what you have right now.

that might just mean getting a better weapon. or it might mean swapping your rings for equivalent rings that have crit/asi on them.

btw Irimi my screen shot was using mantra time of need, which buffs me up to that 1k res. without my res are like 800+

does your advice still stand essentially?

i tested out mantra of conviction solo and felt a bit more squishy with 200 less res all

800 resists is plenty imo. you will definitely be hit a little harder than before, but Time of Need is a pretty bad rune to be using at your gear level.

How much armor do you have? Cause 800 resists + 8k armor (i.e. swapping in MoE+Hard Target) is a lot better than 1000 resists + 6-7k armor.

Okay.. pulled these boots today. Flipped a few pieces out to lower my vit a bit and increase dex / armor. Used MoC+overawe with pretty good success with my DH friend. didn't feel tooo squishy though I def died to some mobs before they were thinned out (ie with trash around them + all minions, i felt vulnerable sometimes).

I love the globe stat on the boots btw ^_^

your weak spot is your weapons - you have 200 more dex than me and 15k less dps (not a jab at you, just saying) your next wad of cash needs to be saving for weapons

i upgraded to a 840 dps 190 dex socket (+400 loh) 1.4 aps... but then had second thoughts and sold it back (for 9m... so hard to price weapons, but more than what i paid for it)

currently using 640 dps 900 loh 190 dex 190 str 1.4 aps...

i'm gone for a week so i figure grab one then (when prices steadily fall)

what are the min stats i should go for you think? The 840 one raised my dps by 4k.. but no extra 200 armor + -500 loh, didnt seem worth the dps @ what I paid for it

i have two 900 1H's with mass dex (almost 300 each) and with them i can roll 25k dps, but no loh + no shield (makes my HoC useless)
