Was rolled back in HC becasue got hacked not Stfu kid


You can use the rmah with out either, would just need a creditcard. SMS protect is if you want to receive funds to a paypal account. An authenticator is if you want to receive funds to your battle balance. Check the RMAH FAQ on bliz site.
