No, I want a tank

Should I use any legendaries? Or should I just go for Vita/AllRes/Dex?

Im at the same exact point, right now i have like 200+all / 45K life / 18Kdmg w/o SS and i can kill most in inferno a1 but i still die in like 3-4 hits and i don't do that good of damage.

Yes you can make a sort of "tanking DH" but u have to understand that the demon hunter wasnt meant to do that
Stuff with all u need to be both a "cannon" and a "tank" are amazingly expensive, therefore i suggest u, first of all to focus on dmg (because that is your job) and only after on survivability...
Take this point of view to start: if they die before they reach me, i survive.
After u can work out about "if they reach me i survive anyway"

My "Semi-Tank" DH stood his ground yesterday

With 2* Monk and 1*Barb A3 Questing (Fro the barb). I tanked mobs there, while the barb died (okay he wasnt that good equipped).

atm: 75k dmg without SS
47k HP
3xx allres
3100 Armor
40% dodge
8% damage reduce from melee.

With Bo i even tanked a bossmob soullashers that was nice for my ego (since they onehitted me prepatch and with GC build) ^^.

I am struggling with A3 right now and was wondering what part of my gear i need to upgrade? This is without SS

Definitely Critdamage.
In your case (as i dont know how much gold you have) Id aim for a 9xx dam bow with Crit AND socket)
Also critdam rings (with ias/Critchance as adds).
I think you should have around 40k dam at least so that A3 makes fun^^

You can cut some edges on your resis if needed, I think 3xx% is still viabe.

I have a little wiggle room to work with, 3 million. Plus I just put in a bid for a cheap 120dex/6ias andys. I just have a hard time letting go of the bow due to its high dex/vita

That may be, but a DH is build on critchance/Critdam nowadays.
Your build looks a bit like an average sorc without the passive possibilities^^ (no offense)
