Dumb questions of clarification:

1. the mats required to craft the staff is the same regardless of difficulty? i.e. you can farm for the mats in regular, and then craft it in Inferno using the Inferno plan?
2. do you get to use the Staff to open Whimseyshire an unlimited number of times?

you need the mats for the normal staff,
you need the normal staff for the nightmare staff
you need the nightmare staff for hell staff
and I'm geussing that you need the hell staff for the inferno one

and yes, unlimited usage
