If your caught could they charge you for the items you sold, or bring your account negative, because your account is considered compromised with third party software?

Then sell it for cash... especially across state lines...

And if blizz allows it to happen... aren't they culpable?

blizz doesn't care, there is 15% fee on it so they will make profit from it as well
