Could anyone go to jail for botting now because a RMAH is involved?

If your caught could they charge you for the items you sold, or bring your account negative, because your account is considered compromised with third party software?

Wouldn't it be somewhat like making counterfeit money...? Or burning music CD's and selling them online?

Just curious if its even worth it now. I heard they were gonna crack these people real bad...

I brought that up before.
if you agree to tos.
Then you break it your not obtaining items or whatever legally.
Then sell it for cash... especially across state lines...
isn't that a fed offense?
And if blizz allows it to happen... aren't they culpable?

blizz doesn't care, there is 15% fee on it so they will make profit from it as well :)
