nah i was on airplane mode, and authenticator was working fine.

so basically download it, and you don't need internet on phone after that.

Yeah, that sucks, didn't had that kind of option year ago when I played WoW. It asked auth code every time.

Also if you add that mobile alert thing, it's off by default too..

yeah, you'd have to write down serial code somewhere, though. you will need that for your next phone.

And this is the reason why they are not "unhackable." The algorithm for generating the authenticator code has already been cracked. You can see this in the open-source authenticator program for the PC.
