Sent a ticket and plan on calling support this morning after they open .That the only 2 options blizz gives.

i think something else must have happened before. getting booted just after buying an item was a coincidence.

Let s see I logged in and went right to the AH bought 2 items and after the second one I was booted. If they were going to hack me you would think they would have done it long before now? and just after I purchase something? I had the least amount of gold in days ATM so if they were after my gold they would have hacked me days ago when I had 10x the amount that I had today.

Forgot to add before some one says it NO I don't go to off sites and in fact I don't even use youtube any more because of all the potential imbedded hacks

your account could have been compromised days before and the people who cleaned you out just got around your account.

nobody with an authenticator has been hacked yet. NOT EVEN ONE PERSON.

Among millions of wow players.

And millions of d3 players.

And millions of starcraft players.

NOT ONE. NOT EVEN ONE.

At this point, if you get "hacked" I have 0 sympathy. NONE. Authenticators are Free.

i don't think that is the case. it just seems that the people who has had their account compromised even with the use of an authenticator did something outside of blizzard's control that made it possible for other parties to access their accounts.

there is literally ton of people being "hacked"..Blizzard was already made aware of this and they are assuring that it is not on there end..

1. Open emails lately?
2.You have had malware on your computer for a while and didn't know
3.Use same pw/email on other sites
4.Were keylogged before and use same combos..
5.Infected by flash/ads on websites

Disable Java plugins on your browser and use AdBlock, again..Blizzard has already said they have looked over everything and are still continuing to monitor the situation but are sure it is user fault and not the game/network of Blizzard

I been playing open since day 1..my recent played with is full all the time..no problems yet and I use AH almost daily..unless im broke

Not trying to be a dick..just telling you these "rumors" that have been put out everywhere are false according to Blizzard..and alot of players aren't having these problems..and some people didn't even play public or use AH and still got robbed

Also scan your system, I recommend BitDefender's online scanner, its free and removes malicious files as well..then use another scanner to check again, change your pws and get an authenicator..all of the people on the forums saying they had authenicators and hacked were proven to be lies..well the ones with WoW profiles anyway, you get some pet for having an authenicator and it is viewable on the forums..the peeps claiming they had 1 that had WoW profiles were called out on lies because they didn't have the pet..the ones without WoW profiles you can't say if true of not..but considering all the WoW profile claimers lied..you can see where this is going..

Blizzard has said they haven't found a single case of someone being hacked while using the authenticator. So there's that.

i bought 2 low level things off ah and got disconnected with the error saying someone logged into my account (about 30 min later). thankfully i logged in really quick and nothing was missing.

with all the other bugs i wouldnt be surprised if its possible to go through the ah to do it.
