At Act 3, Level 44, I rotate between 2 builds, obviously depending on Boss/Mobbing [I have a third that's mainly for rushing]. I'm running a DPS oriented Barb but also with Vit to keep it alive when I can.
My attributes are:
704 Str
73 Dex
188 Int
377 Vit
8039 HP
1730 Armor
DPS Varies based on passives...and is displayed as unbuffed
I'm currently dual wielding a dagger and a mighty weapon, as these two give me the highest DPS. Vit comes elsewhere.
Boss: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#WZRViP!YZc!aZbaaZ
This is pretty much single target based. Basically build up fury, use Battle Rage, then Wrath of the Berserker, and DPS shoots up. In emergencies, Revenge and Ignore Pain will suffice, and Hammer with Smash at the end should finish off a boss.
DPS: 1520.80
Mobbing: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#bcXVUk!YWd!aZYabb
This is my slower but generally safer way to mob. Since I don't have a shield or enough Vit, I make up for it in lifesteal. War Cry, Revenge, Rend, and Bloodthirst offer the lifesteal needed while Sprint/WarCry (free fury to free movement) and Leap provide the most of the speed I need. Animosity also helps with the fury problems that come with moving around a lot. Leap chains well with rend and revenge, but the Launch rune (300% armor) is a worthy replacement.
DPS:1404.23
Speed: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#WbXVUk!YWd!baYZbZ
This is for speeding for just the quest completion, especially for grinding or just playing around with other people. Charge could be incoorporated but this build is more combat oriented than a pure speed build. It's only a few tweaks away from my second build. Having both frenzy and cleave just allows less minion blocking. Frenzy with Vanguard combined with Sprint makes the barb run really fast. Leap is kept for the ledge hopping capabilities, and War cry with Charge! offers free fury for free sprints. Basically war cry on cooldown to get fury for sprinting, and just sprint sprint leap sprint. Obviously Bloodthirst and Revenge can be altered for more damage oriented runes or skills depending on how easy the mobs are.
DPS: Same as mobbing, since passives didn't change.
