I have been playing a few days on ps4 and I can't seem to find other random players my level.

My brother said 1-70 or the first part of the game at least is least played. I join public lobbies but it still seems to be just me.

See the issue here is numbers. Players like numbers. bigger numbers mean bigger numbers. With small numbers, you essentially are small. With big numbers, you're big. Nobody wants to party in a public game with a small number. Slay some nasties. attain some items that add numbers to your numbers. Then, the noble warriors will come to your aid. Because when you have big numbers, they will bring their big numbers, and you will find yourself unlocking the secrets of Diablo 3.

for your understanding, it's like d2.
if you join a nm game on d2: almost no player because they usually reach hell with tricks rush in 15 minutes.
if you look for ppl leveling char on d3: almost no player because they usually reach lvl 70 with rush in 15 minutes.
