I personally had a bug where I wasn't able to upgrade rare item, getting a failed message each time. Turns out the simple way to fix this is to either put all your crafting supplies in the stash or to put them all in your inventory. I personally spent almost 2 hours searching online for a fix so I figure if this helps one person, it's worth creating the topic.

D3 has its flaws...mass modding and no pvp but at the same time is a fun game....d2 was also a great game but tbh I'm not willing to buy a cd key, and solo my way through the game...if I ever play d2 again it'll be normal speed runs because tbh those look really fun
