It's for neckbeards. Game keeps getting more and more complicated and convoluted so eventually there's only going to be a small group of nerds playing -- pretty much there now.
It's even worse than D3 in that you play for a week or two after the new league starts and then quit. It's a game for unemployed losers that live with their parents and need forum gold to survive in life.
Only good ARPG is if Diablo 2 has an HD remake with good cheat detection. Everything else is trash.
