Doing T8, T9, T10 whatever you do the fastest without spending too much time on elites.

Make yourself a set of the level 70 Cain Set. It gives an extra Death's Breath every time one drops, then run T8.

farm t8 with sage's set

either find a game to get carried around in or use chicken doc or generator monk build with sages for fast clears

Put a pair of nemesis bracers in stash and equip it before activating pylons for some extra DB's.
