i just started hc, lvl 20 atm, but i dont see anyone in any public games, even in higher difficulties. :(

public games bellow lvl 70 are present only the beginning of the season. after that everybody is powereleveling chars

if you are on europe non season i can help

This... ur too late in season to find pub games below lvl 70.
