How do I find this recipe?

I've done a lot of bounties.. And nothing drops..

do more bounty

kill stuff

do more

change your forge setting to see all if still not there do more bounties

do goblin runs for mats

Okay guys... Really bad suggestions...

I just did a lot of research, and as far as I can see, it's a known problem.. Recipes stops to drop fro caches..

Might have a solution by making a new char, and do the bounties again.. Seems like it worked on some of the other guys on Battle.net/diabloIII

Yea man. You only get a certain ammount of plan drops per character. You need to keep leveling new characters for more plans to drop.

Ouh! I read one the official D3 site, that someone saw it as a bug..
Hopefully it will drop on my second char then! Thank you sir!'

I can come to this solution... I still don't get any recipe drops from my other char..
