What is the name for what the "legendary item drop Generator" is called
A friend of mine had asked me why do i reset my diablo client every 45 minutes - 1 hour
I replied with "to reset the leg drop generator"
but i couldn't remember what the actual name for it was.
anybody know?

Not sure if actually switching up.servers changes rng that's not proven

You're probably talking about loot table and even if it's true, you're doing it wrong by resetting game every 45-60min.
