More armor life on hit and resitances. Pretty hard to tell you what needs improving when you dont even post your cyaracter up.

Here is my Barb http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Brink-1330/hero/61899304

I've completed GR 44 with 3 minutes left to spare and missed out on the time limit on 47 by 15 seconds with terrible mob density.

My GR setup is a little different when it comes to skills though. I swap out Sprint for Threatening Shout (Falter rune), and I swap out the Weapon Master passive skill for Superstition.

I also use Pride of Cassius instead of Chilinak's Chain for my belt, so my Ignore Pain is up as often as possible.

Very interesting build you have there, Brinkles

I do like threatening shout a lot. It's giving me a chance to solo big mobs, even elites, a lot easier.
The Skull of Resonance is my favorite item in the game. It's overpowered and has a socket to boot.

I need to upgrade my Bul Kathos, Warrior Blood sword. A 2700+ damage one like yours would be amazing.

Start farming easier g rifts for a better weapon, then take out some of those rubys for diamonds. The all res will make you alot stronger.

Helm - Resistances ---> 6% CHC, ideally w' 6% CHC and 15% WW but prioritize 6% CHC, especially w' the helm you have
Chest - Resistances ---> 11% Elite Damage Reduction
Boots - MS ---> 15% WW (25% MS in Paragon)
Weapon - Roll socket to Vitality and Gift for socket
RoRG - Get a better one w' a socket and CHC and/or CHD - priority CHC
Bracers - % Elemental Damage, Str, Vit, 6% CHC
Skull Grasp - Ditch this ring, useless, doesn't affect Dust Devil damage (2,500%) from Waste set, which is your damage dealer

Replace Skull Grasp w' Convention of Elements for more dps, Unity for defense, in your case, probably go double Unity (one on your follower) until you acquire better gear and play more to figure out more effectively how to alter your gear for the right amounts of dps / defense

For T6 you can even go Focus / Restraint, but with BK swords instead (which are actually better than IK / Waste combo, especially for T6)

Drop Frenzy for Overpower Killing Spree or Crushing Advance

Passives are good for IK / Waste except drop Unforgiving for Weapon Master.
I can't remember if Boon alone will be all you need for CDR to reset Wrath / Ancients along with maybe like 10% CDR from paragon but w' your paragon level I wouldn't prioritize CDR just yet, if you need that small amount of CDR to perma Wrath / Ancients. Ancients won't die up until upper 40s and into the 50s, even if they do, cooldown should be reset by the time they do. If you find they're dying a lot (which is bad because they're your fury regen) then switch Battle Rage rune to Swords of Ploughshares and make some Reaper Wraps (bracers).

Just don't add any paragon points into Resource Cost Reduction and you should be fine, if you decide to go with Rend then you'll definitely be fine since the IK cooldown reset is based off of resource spent w' an attack.

Keep the Amethyst in your helm, Rubies in armor and panties unless you find you need some more defense. If you need more defense go with 2x diamonds in your panties, rubies in armor, but if you do half of what I've suggested, you should be fine with all rubies up until 40s / 50s.

e/
As far as Legendary gems go, stick with Bane of the Trapped / Taeguk / Pain Enhancer, and Gogok for more CDR but not necessary with IK build, so stick with Pain Enhancer.

Agreed. He could always become immune to one of the elements as well, depending on what amulet he's using.
