While I do not have the best gear, I can comfortable do up to GR42. You can get the gist of the build, though, with my gear/skills.

Another variation, though, is you can swap GotD for Acid Cloud (Acid Rain) and the Freezing Piranhas with Piranhado.

Also, small note: the missing gem on the right ring is Gogok of Swiftness.

Another build is pets. You need zuni set, tasker and theos and mask of jeram. Best weapon for build is manijumas set.

The Witch Doctor is my hardest character to learn. I die every few seconds it seems like.
I could use some more in-depth details on what Beacon was suggesting. Seems interesting.

I'm just going to keep elevating my Paragon Levels until one day I decide to master the WD.
I felt the same way about the Demon Hunter until I finally decided to overcome the unknown.
