they could add a new content where its like a tower defense. defend against waves of monsters/bosses from your towers/home/hq(w/e u wanan call it). every 5 waves or so, there could be bosses... and the higher wave u get to, the better loot/exp.

they could add something like a Party Quest similar to maplestory...?

No need, games maxed out on content

They can add zones with randomized mobs from various acts, then you gotta kill a certain amount to unlock a boss at the end, once you defeat the boss, you repeat again with much disappointment.

sounds like rifts/ greater rifts.

they could add a mode where 1 player fights another player to 5 and the first to 5 wins the duel

but they would have to make it balanced
