Yeah , i am p42 atm doing grp runs in public and its time to spent some good amount of gold for my weapons but i am not sure yet what weapons to use.

I am thinking for The Fist of Az'Turrasq as MH and Ef as OH or Ef as Mh and Won Khim Lau
Also Should i care about OHs dps? or a low-not very low good stats oh is enough?

it's all about the attack speed, faster is better but more expensive
that said, in order, daggers, fists or swords, axes, mace or spears last

try to buy something with dex+cd+ls+os
and yes oh do matter so high dps on both if u can afford it

list of best and most expensive to cheapest:

dagger + wkl (6/25 with ls and os)
sword + wkl
dagger + dagger
dagger + sword
sword + sword
sword + axe
axe + axe

ignore any maces and spears


as for your second question, unless ur making a tempest rush monk, keep the mempo and whour

What about ef? its 1.45 and gives to other weapon 0.25 speed.?
well , my budget is low so i am still thinking something like Az'Turrasq with ls and ef with cd+os 1200dps Mh & 900-1000dps Oh

The 0.25 only applies to EF itself. Beyond that, it's generally discredited on monks, and that fear is annoying.

nope, fear on ef is really bad unless that doesnt bother u then get it

I would buy a cheapo EF and see how you do with the fear. Most of the time it drived mr crazy, but it can be beneficial, especially mobs with affix's that leave aoe on the ground.

I didn't mind the fear much when using dashing strikes or cyclone strike
