U need more dps on u weapons (get emerald with 100% chd - cost 4.5mil in AH) , change the belt too

and get more vit, 18.9k is very low....u must is on 35k

Get life steel, spirit regeneration and loh on a single one-handed fist weapon.

drop the tyrael's chest. get a rare with dex/vita/stacked res/3 sockets

spend 10mil on decent +950dps/+140dex/open socket

spend another 10mil-15mil on your new offhand with +750dps/dex andor vital/+70% crit dmg/+2.5% lifesteal/open socket

get a new belt with +50dex/+130vital/double res/maybe +life%

BAM. Winning.

people underrate spirit generation... get high crit and wave of light and there's most of your dps..

Why does nobody use it then? Check out the profile of Top 100 monks. I bet not even 5% use that set up. 5% is stretching it imo.
