tried quite a few times..
pretty much no chance

become tanky with LOH and hold left click

other than that stay near him (so he melees more) and always try to stay on the edge of the poison clouds (so they overlap a bit)

i quit there
atm, i do not see how i can kill him
I am pretty tanky actually

Start new char or use your credit card lol

my monk is pretty decent for now. and i actually do not mind spending money. just do not feel much chance there. i can not fight him in the gases

Kite properly out of the gas clouds. You can also afford to get rid of 20-30k hp in favor of much more dps.

yeah ghom is a boss you need to be very tanky vs now

with 1.77 APS / 900 res / 1650 LOH i can outheal his damage with constant mantra spam

i killed him pre-patch with my wiz. i know u could stand in the corner for a while then the side would be cleared with gas.
now...gas everywhere

i guess i need some more gears.
will get 200-300 mils next week and upgrade my weapon and res. may need to decrease my life a bit

Wtf man, you don't need more gear. Your gear is FINE. I hate to be "that guy" but it's really just about understanding the boss better and playing better. It took me a lot of wipes to understand the proper techniques to beat him, but now I can consistently 1-shot him.
