Hey there!Thank you for contacting Blizzard Customer Support regarding your Diablo III account.We use automatically stored save points to roll Diablo III accounts back to their original state. Save points are regularly updated. Because of this, progress gained on the account since the save point was made, including all progress (such as items, gold, or newly created heroes) will be permanently lost when we roll an account back. We cannot adjust the automatic rollbacks in any way, or restore any progress lost as the result of a rollback. Each Diablo III account is limited to two rollbacks. We require your approval to use one before we can investigate this issue further. If you would like us to investigate and roll your account back (if possible), please respond to this ticket and clearly state "please use one of my two rollbacks, if possible". Do not play on the account after approving a rollback. Any progress gained before the account is rolled back will be permanently lost.If you do not respond, we will not roll your account back.

Error 37 and got kicked offline while fighting diablo on NM in hardcore..... can you recover my level 51 monk i spent 30 hours on? This is bs and only reason i play this game is for hardcore but I can't save my character from a disconnect your servers always give me and tons of other people... try upgrading your servers and stop worrying about rmah

Lol, I guess they did. They are doing a horrible job at maintaining D3. There's always some part that doesn't quite work, and now this. They said they were never - ever - going to be ressing hc chars, but it seems they can't keep their own word.
Good for you though. They are selling players a service they can't actually provide. Hc play requires stable servers, and even though they are the biggest and wealthiest game company ever, they can't afford proper servers. Guess your money isn't paying for server maintenance or development - rather going straight into ceo's and shareholders wallets.
For such a big company, it's surprising how unprofessional they are.

couldn't of said it better, I normally wouldn't complain to them about a dead hc char but it's kind of bullshit with all the DC's going on.. I'm playing normal mode for a few weeks.. hopefully they fix the servers
