The Witch Doctor - Ultimate thread

I have created and payed for this topic in order to collect all the information on JSP about the Witch Doctor together.
The threads about skills, strategy and most likely everything else are scattered all over JSP
So why not collect it all here, having a huge thread?

I strongly recommend all Witch Doctors to track this post, lurk and help us all gather all the information possible, in here - collected.

Thats my WD current setup.. Dont like the dmg that much - and i take so much dmg, having a hard time facing minions, yellow and blues..
What spells do you use?

Here is my attempt to contribute. This is what I find works for me at the moment but would love to hear suggestions. This is what I'm running.
Note : This is infernal the gargantuan is shit from my experience so I prefer the lather.
