Buying map packs for any CoD will naturally reduce the amount of people you play against, which is only amplified by the number of DLC maps you have. If you bought all 3 or 4 packs, then you'll definitely have a hard time finding games. The DLC in MW3 was actually decent, apart from some truly shitty maps, but I had to uninstall the maps on console a long time ago due to the limited number of people playing.

Idk how it is on pc but on ps3 i had an option to deactivate and reactivate map pack with a single button, didnt have to uninstall, unlike the other CoDs

It's been hacked to shit on 360 for a while now. Usually invincible people..sometimes invisible. I'd even settle with playing against dumpster baby sitrep users..if only it wasn't full of hackers. Same with BO1. I hate BO1, but I'd like to play it again to change things up, but there are hackers. Thankfully MW2 still plays fine.
