alright my son plays black ops 3 on his laptop at his mom place and he keeps getting this message , black ops 1 is alright so is any other games ( wow , hearthstone , roblox studio , etc etc ) he checked and the nat Is open so its not that any ideas around ?

Single player?
Multiplayer?

Could be the black ops 3 server having issues.
Could be the person he's trying to connect to having issues.

If nat is open, all I can say is wait until it fixes itself, power cycle the modem + router, flush his dns (google), make sure his firewall is allowing black ops 3 (google: allow program through firewall), try to connect to a different host if the option is available (different server? usa/eu).

Does it work at your house? Log into your son's account, download it, and try to play what he is having problems with.

he did put up a ticket and talked to an ambassador which he said there is a problem somewhere and he escalated the ticket
