Suppressor lowers your damage over range. SMGs have built in faster pivoting speeds compared to ARs/LMGs, so stock really isn't needed, plus a lot of situations involve hip firing, rather than aiming down sight at all. Hard wired negates CUAVs, negates sixth sense, lowers your tracker foot prints, and doesn't trigger trip mines or shock charges. Quickdraw is usually enough to avoid using fast hands if you don't want to run perk 2 greed. Not using dead silence, even in respawn, is just silly. Running care package leaves you susceptible to dying while you wait, especially on smaller maps, plus you're out of the action while you wait. Frags work best when you have time to cook them, which fast paced game types don't really have time for. Good suggestion with ghosts though.

Kuda - ex, quickdraw, grip
VMP - quickdraw, grip
Pharo - ex, quickdraw, rapid (hold down the trigger and it will auto fire)
Vesper - ex, quickdraw, fast mag

Perk 2 Greed if you want Fast Hands or Perk 3 Greed if you want Tac Mask or Blast Suppressor
